– 2 longer and 2 shorter ropes (loop length approx. 110 and 85cm respectively) made of 11mm thick cotton braided rope (with PE synthetic core) with grip knots; no stretching, very stable
– Rings approx. 55 mm inner diameter welded on a 10 x 120 mm screw; plug for a 16 mm diameter hole.
