Please note when attending classes/workshops:

Personal responsibility

Participation in all events is at your own risk. We are not medical practitioners. Our instruction, advice or recommendations do not supplant the advice of a person licensed to practice medicine under German law. In case of doubt, you should consult a doctor before starting a physical exercise program.

Trial lesson

You can take part in a trial class without obligation by making an appointment by telephone. The trial lesson costs €15.

Then you can:

• register for a single class or as a series
• buy a 3, 4 or 10 ticket or
• buy a season ticket (weekly, monthly or quarterly).

Registration for the course is only valid upon payment (cash, EC card or direct debit authorization).

Trimester class series: Preregistration for the following series / course subscription

Registered class participants who wish to continue in the following series can register during the "preregistration week" (penultimate week of the class). A reduction of €12.00 is granted for registrations during the preregistration week.

Become a subscriber! With a class subscription, you are automatically registered for subsequent classes and receive a 5% discount in addition to the "pre-registration discount" of 12 €.

Dropins / late registration / changing a booking / withdrawal

Classes can also be attended individually if there is still space available. The fee for 90 minutes is currently €27.

It is generally possible to join the current class series if there is still space available. The fee will be reduced proportionately.

An administration fee of € 8.00 will be charged for changing a booking. In the event of withdrawal from the course, a percentage of the course fee can be refunded if the withdrawal is reported before the class. An administration fee of € 12.00 will be retained.

Holidays

If there is a public holiday during the tirmester class period, no classes will take place on that day. A make-up voucher will be issued automatically for those enrolled.

(However, if the public holiday happens during "vacation classes" all those classes take place normally).

Vacation classes

The normal classes ("Trimester-classes") run for 39 weeks a year, as described above.
An alternate program takes place during the vacation weeks: Carnival, Easter, Whitsun (2 weeks), summer (6 weeks), autumn and Christmas (2 weeks).

The "vacation course plan":

• Mondays 10:00 and 18:00
• Tuesdays 10:00 and 18:30
• Wednesdays 18:30
• Thursdays 18:30
• Fridays 10:00
• Sundays 10:00

On public holidays the vacation classes do take place. (But not during the Trimester classes!) We try our best to adhere to the number of vacation classes in the planned schedule - 8 per week - but sometimes must pass and cancel particular dates. Participants of the studio have no formal right to a specific class schedule during the vacation weeks.

Vacation classes are managed and billed separately. The valid Vacation Class Schedulle with the Teaching Plan can be seen on the blackboard in the studio and on the website.

As a vacation class participant, please note:

• Just show up without a separate registration!
• Fee for the dropin: € 25, to be paid in cash
• 3 or 10 coupon books are valid.
• The 10-coupon book LITE is valid for trimester course enrollees and, if applicable, for season ticket subscribers
• The season tickets are valid.
• Make-up vouchers from the trimester classes are not valid!

Make-up vouchers for missed classes

The course fee is a flat rate for the course taken, i.e. you pay for your place in the group, not for a certain number of practice sessions. As a gesture of goodwill, missed lessons can be made up. However, this only applies if notification is given by telephone at the latest before the start of the missed lesson. Make-up tickets are only valid for participation in ongoing courses, not in vacation courses. They are transferred to a subsequent course, but are only valid for as long as you remain enrolled in a course (no "attaching" to a subsequent course).

• It is not necessary to register for a catch-up lesson.
• A pick-up slip will be issued and placed in the "pick-up slip folder" at the reception desk.
• The participant takes his/her make-up slip out of the folder and gives it to the teacher of the lesson in which he/she is making up.

3-card / 10-card / trial 4-card / 10-card LITE

• The 10-ticket consists of 10 coupons and entitles you to practice 10 times in the advertised courses within 1 year.
• The 3-card consists of 3 coupons and entitles you to practice 3 times in the advertised courses within 30 days.
• The heavily discounted trial 4-person card is valid for 4 practice dates as above (but with 4 different teachers), which you attend within 30 days.
• With the 10-card LITE Practice 10x, Valid for 8 months
  1. for the special courses (transferable):
  Pranayama (60 min)
  Led-Practice (120 min)
  and
  2. as a reduced supplementary ticket for Vacation courses and Courses of other teachers
  for Courses enrolled and Season ticket holders:inside (non-transferable).

Before the start of the lesson, you hand the instructor a coupon. The coupons are transferable as described above. You can also give them as a gift!

By purchasing or redeeming the 3-ticket/10-ticket/trial 4-ticket / 10-ticket LITE, the participant declares that he/she accepts these conditions of participation in their entirety. At present, the 10-ticket costs €245.00, the 3-ticket €77, the trial 4-ticket €55.00 and the 10-ticket LITE €150.

Weekly / monthly / quarterly ticket

You can take part in Margarete and Michael's weekly practice courses as often as you like during the specified period. The card is only valid for the normal ongoing trimester and vacation courses, not for seminars, and is non-transferable. At the moment it costs € 77.00 per week, € 220.00 per month and € 352.00 per quarter.

Yoga for health problems

In the case of serious health problems, a telephone consultation with the studio management should take place. Together we will consider how best to integrate the practice into your life. Please contact us during our office hours Mon - Fri 10:00 - 13:00 at +49 89 / 53 71 70 call us!

Reduction / hardship case

Participants with a low income can apply for a reduction of up to 10% of the regular course fee (and also for the 3/10 card). Special arrangements can be made in cases of hardship.

For seminars

Registration

Please register early and in writing. Payment must be arranged at the time of registration. A confirmation of registration or an invoice will be sent.

Fee/Refund

The full fee must be paid no later than 3 weeks before the start of the seminar. Cancellations up to one week before the start of the seminar will be refunded minus a processing fee of €15 for one-day seminars and €30 for weekend and week-long seminars. After this time, a refund can only be made if a substitute participant is provided.
