For courses and seminars that you have booked as a live participant (in person or online), the video recording is available for a certain period of time as part of the booking.

  • For weekly courses, the lessons are uploaded on an ongoing basis. They are available by password to all enrolled students for 30 days as part of their course booking.
  • For seminars, the link to the recording is sent to the live participants by email. This is valid for 30 to 90 days, depending on the seminar.
  • If you weren't there, access to many of the recordings can be ordered in the store afterwards for a fee.
  • NEW: Access to our complete archive from 2020 (more than a thousand weekly courses and dozens of seminars) is available monthly, quarterly or annually

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT ONLINE EVENTS:

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRACTICE ONLINE?

A little effort in the preparation helps to ensure success. Clean up and provide a clean, inviting environment with good lighting and the recommended tools. Instructions for the web device (laptop or similar) below.

AIDS (IMPROVISE IF NECESSARY)
  • Non-slip Mat
  • Belt
  • Blocks
  • 2-3 Blankets / other seat carpet pad
  • preferably a yogaFolding chair
  • a free Wall, 1.5 or 2 meters
  • very gladly also Wall ropeswhich can also be ordered from us.
WEB DEVICE AND STRUCTURE
  • Download the Zoom app to your device (laptop, tablet or smartphone).
  • Place the weaving device across your mat, if possible about 3 meters away, 50-60 cm above the floor.
  • Adjust the lighting. Avoid standing in front of a bright window, as the backlight is unfavorable for the camera and screen.
  • Sit quietly and prepare yourself inwardly for practicing.
ACCESS TO TEACHING

Please connect 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the lesson to make contact and check the audio and video settings.

Finally, if everything is correct, check that your audio is set to "mute" (bottom left in the control bar). In Zoom, you can switch between "Gallery view" (everyone present) and "Speaker view" (only who is currently speaking). At the beginning, it is probably right to choose the gallery view to "look around" and get a feel for the community. When you start practicing, you can then switch to "speaker view" with the larger view of the teacher.

If you prefer, you can switch off your video so that you can continue to see the teacher, but he or she will not see you. You can switch your audio back on at any time to ask a question.
