Beginning with grounding and energy work in the standing poses we’ll use the asana practice to open the body for examination and stabilise and refine our nervous system. We’ll continue with preparations for simple Pranayama and the careful practice of techniques to observe the flow of breath and prana.
Time for questions and discussion as necessary will be allowed.
