Description
The "yoga kurunta" (puppet yoga) with the Iyengar yoga wall ropes offers many opportunities to soften, support, vary and intensify the practice of the classic postures. We will do a round 3-hour practice mainly focusing on the use of the wall ropes.
3 hours of video - Streaming access for at least 1 year.
For participants: inside with at least 1 year of yoga experience in class!

Wall ropes are of course essential for this seminar - otherwise: 1 wall space 1 non-slip mat 2 belts 2 blocks 2 blankets 1 pair of shoulder stands 1 large cushion 1 sturdy folding chair
